It was advertised as windows 10 pro, but came loaded with windows 7 pro, had to contact seller who sent me to link to upgrade my OS to windows 10

It's an integrated GPU. Probably Intel HD Graphics 5000 or something like that. I bought several for my company's call center and they have had no problems with it.

is this laptop refurbished to class "A" or "B" standards?

I would say class A for hardware, but class B for software to get priv to add cammand window to icons due to win 7 pro bad installation. I had to reinstall win 7 pro because of lack of system priviledge. I did add 8 gig mem and now have 12 gig on the system and put in a 750G black drive. It also booted up in user pc mode, did not boot to put the user name I wanted in the system. So far it is a nice machine otherwise.
