Yes it can but it requires a certain voltage so you have to do some research to find out which chargers will work with it. I found a Targus one that works well and I also found a RAVpower USB C power bank that charges it as well.

The 52FG isn't even listed on Acer's site anymore. Maybe that model number included the stylus (I got one when I bought a 52FG refurb from Newegg). I remember way back when I was shopping different models that Acer had certain model numbers that included the stylus and others with identical specs that didn't.

Unlike i3 or i7 model, everything is followed by its unit including Acer Active Stylus for Switch Alpha 12. I'm sure i7 model does not provide with its stylus for free, which usually costs $30~50. Mine works perfectly and flawlessly. I haven't found any defects or problems with this product since last 2~3 weeks of using  and would definitely recommend it at this price.
All other laptops I have include i7 inside, and this is my first experience to have i5 laptops or tablets but didn't find any big differences so far.

Just be careful when you think of buying "rechargeable" AAAA batteries for stylus. Some scammers are out there tring to sell fake 4A rechrgeable batteries & charger, which DON'T fit this stylus.
