What power does this need to run?

I don't know the exact power consumption but I'm running a machine with this board plus wireless mouse, keyboard, and WiFi dongle using an 80W brick included with the Micro-ITX case. So it's probably significantly less than 80W.

What power supply is supported by this board?

I do not know the power consumption of the MB, but whatever it is, it is very small. For example, the highest power CPU of the various models of this MB consumes 22 watts.  The MB needs a 24 pin power plug plus a 4 pin CPU power plug that are typical of almost any newer ATX case or PS.  The MB also easily runs on the PS included in the small ITX cases (usually at least 200w).  My favorite of those cases is the In-Win 200-Watt Mini-ITX Case, Black BP655.200B.

Sir,Video HD 1080 resolution is now getting played.The screen is stopping.Is this an issue with this motherboard?Can we solve this?

How much memory is installed?  The more the better,  but 8GB is recommended for HD viewing.  Is the connection wired or wireless?  If it is wired is it 10/100 or 1000? If it is wireless it needs to be on the n band on WPA2 PSK security.  Avoid WEP as it is slow.  Are there any background tasks being completed while playing the video?  If so stop them while playing the video.  Good Luck!

Is this board able to connect to the new touch screens for Win8?

How will it do it?
Is this the best connection for touchScreen relyability?

Sorry, I have no idea about the touch screen.  I use it with Win-XP.

The Biostar motherboard seems okay, it has USB3.0 ports, and it is cheap, but the ethernet port didn't work.  I just used a USB/ethernet adapter for the internet connection.
