Is this card compatible with Windows 10?

Works well with my presonus sound card with windows 10 and ableton live 9.

Work with Windows 7? Specs don't list anything newer than XP.

Yes ... I'm using it with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. It installed without issue using the existing Windows drivers.
