SYBA SI-PEX40094 PCI Express Low Profile Ready SATA III 2 Internal 6 Gbps Ports PCI-e Controller Card

The SYBA SI-PEX40094 SATA III PCI-e controller card adds two internal SATA ports to a computer system, allowing you to easily connect two additional HDD/SSD drives*. And, the SATA III ports are compliant with Serial ATA AHCI Spec. Rev. 1.3, and Serial ATA Rev. 3.0.

Note: * Drives connected, may need to be initialized. Each SATA port can only support one HHD/SSD connected.

The SATA III ports deliver a blistering fast data transfer speed of up to 6Gbps, letting you transfer monstrous amounts of data in seconds. They are also backward compatible with SATA I (1.5Gbps) and II (3Gbps) device connections, eliminating the expense of having to upgrade your drives.

By using Port Multiplier, this card can support four or more HHDs with one SATA port for Windows OS.

This card supports Native Command Queue (NCQ), allowing hard disk drives to internally optimize the order in which received read and write commands are executed. This can reduce the amount of unnecessary drive head movement, resulting in increased performance.

This card supports hot plug and hot swap functions. Simply plug it into your computer system, and it’s ready to work.

The SYBA SI-PEX40094 PCI-e controller card is compliant with PCI-Express specification V2.0, and backward compatible with PCI-Express 1.x. It’s also compatible with Software RAID.
