Is the cable USB-SATA cable included ?

It does come with a USB3 cable. This is not a device to endure heavy useage traveling from one place to another. It is good enough to perform backups occasionally provided you continually test it and properly disconnect from the computer using the "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" tool built into Windows.

Does this work without screws?

There is only one screw on the outside which holds the entire enclosure together. Inside of it, it uses some foam pads to fill up the gaps and hold the drive in place. No screws are used for the drive.
