Athena Power AP-P4ATX60FEP8 20+4Pin 600W Server Power Supply - 80 PLUS Bronze - OEM
The Athena Power AP-P4ATX60FEP8 provides robust power output for your sever system with support for quad-core processors and even multiple-GPU configurations. Dual EPS-12V output supports Intel Skulltrail platform systems. Dual cooling fans, with a smart auto fan speed controller, keep the sever chassis cool without producing excess noise. The power supply is for new OEM PC and server assemblies, including MiniServers and rackmount servers, and also supports both 20- or 24-pin ATX v.2.2 and EPS-12V Xeon motherboards.
Overview
MULTIPLE SUPPORT FUNCTION
Supporting ATX V2.3, EPS-12V Xeon, and i7 motherboards, it also includes PCI-E 6 and 6+2 pin connectors for advanced graphics cards running in quad SLI or Crossfire configurations. This PSU can be used for mini-servers, server assemblies, rackmount servers, and desktops.
ACTIVE PFC AND FULL RANGE FUNCTION
The Active PFC and Full Range function provides a smarter PSU. It’s able to detect the differences of wattage that is needed to power up your system. So, you can be rest assured as it will provide and maintain the most suitable power needed for your system.
DUAL FANS
The dual fan (one is mounted in the front and one is in the back) design is targeted to maintain a reliable source of power to keep the system cooled. The rear fan intakes the heat that is produced inside the server or system and pushes it through the front fan, which is positioned towards the exit points of the server/system, to keep the motherboard and hard drives cool.
SMART AUTO FAN SPEED CONTROLLER
With its thermal fan speed control it will detect the amount of heat generated by the computer and spin accordingly. Using this controller to detect the heat levels of the PSU, it will adjust the fan speed accordingly, with this feature built in, worrying about the heat level of a PSU becomes almost non-existent.
