Can it be mounted?

Yes, but there is an issue. 
The mounting holes do line up with Vesa configuration, however the mounting area is recessed into the back of the monitor with less than half an inch clearance around each hole. So I have mine mounted using 3/4" long plastic tube spacers inbetween the back of the monitor and the plate on the wall mount. It's not the most elegant solution, but it does work. I wish I could post pictures in here to show you.

Can the monitor be lowered on the stand? I have a hutch and the pics makes this seem it actually is a bit tall that it won't fit in it.

Does this monitor come with a USB hub and ports? One is visible clearly in product pictures but not listed on the specifications section.

The pictures the site use aren't completely correct, but if you check the model number against the actual ACER site you'll see that it does not normally come with the additional USB ports, unfortunately. I recently bought this monitor and was a bit disappointed when I received it when I found that it didn't have the ports, but overall still a really great ultrawide.

what means built in speaker? i can't find speakers on my Monitor, just an output line, could you tell me where are these to review if these are working please?

The speakers are built in, meaning that if you use the HDMI cable, you wont need the use of any other speakers plugged into your computer. I stopped using mine because the sound is very impressive from this monitor. Plus my desk looks a lot nicer without having speakers sitting on it. To test your built in speakers, go to your volume control and switch to your output as the monitor instead of your current speakers. Hope this helped.

Is the response time 4ms  or 10ms?  Description shows 4ms but on specs it shows 10ms.

According to Acers website, the response time is 4ms, and that would be the grey to grey response time (almost all vendors show this response time).  However, monitors also have a "normal" response time and 10ms is good for this monitor.  It can be higher in other monitors with similar grey to grey times.
