In the reviews, why is everyone complaining about dead pixels, green pixels, and bad colors? If i buy this product, will i experience the same problems?

I picked this monitor up on Black Friday last year. Only complaint is the colors are garbage out of the box, so when you first power it on don’t jump panic.  I found some articles on Reddit with suggested settings, and when I selected those, it looked great. Speakers aren’t great either. They certainly work, but if you have other speakers and/or headphones I’d definitely use those instead.

can a display port cable be used with a game system such as ps4 or only with a pc?

Does this have dual-link DVI? I only have hdmi and DVI ports on my computer but want the 144 fps.

This monitor requires a Display Port cable to run 144 Hz (FPS). It will NOT do 144 Hz with an HDMI or DVI cable.

I see that this monitor KG241 P support "Acer Display Widget" and no one talks about this software, is it supported?

The "Acer Display Wiget" is built in software accessible though the monitor only. It allows you to change user settings by using the buttons on the monitor itself. It is NOT software that can be installed on your system to communicate with the monitor.

Is this really 144Hz? The only manual on their site is for a KG241 and it shows a max of 75Hz? Does anyone have the actual model number that works on the site?

Yes, when using a display port cable the monitor's full 144hz refresh rate is enabled. If you decide to use an HMDI cable the refresh rate will become bottlenecked at 120hz. P.S. the included display port cable is quite short at around 3.5ft.
