Does this have thunderbold capability?

You really don't get a power cord with this monitor which someone said in a review actually?

Not true. Mine came with a power cord. It's not the standard power cord though.

The monitor lists an 'eye saver' feature, yet it seems to be a bit of a minor feature. I have to use a computer monitor all day and need one that will not kill my eyes. Any thoughts on the use of the monitor for this? I have also been considering a BenQ. Whatever monitor I go with I would also like to be able to do afterhours gaming on it as well.

This is an awesome monitor and I have not experienced any eye strain. Be sure to order a Display Port Cable to take full advantage of the resolution and responsiveness.

Does this monitor swivel from side to side without moving the stand?

No it does not swivel from side to side without moving the stand but don't adjust up and down.
