Does this product come with an HDMI cable? because in the picture it does not show one, but in the reviews, some people say that it does come with an hdmi cable

Yes, it does come with an hdmi cable. If I'm remembering corectly it does also come with a dvi.

compatible with windows 10?

Sort of. It works for me just fine here, Windows 10, 64 bit Home.

Do note however, that the manufacturer *does not* officially support Windows 10. The site only lists Windows 7 and 8 certifications and standards, and only provides drivers for 7, 8 and 8.1

I've tested the 8.1 64 bit drivers with my install of Windows 10 64 bit, and they seem to work but are wholly unnecessary, as it worked right out of the box.

Is this a matte or glossy screen?

I would have to say it's matte. There isn't really a thick enough layer over the actual screen to have any glass-like properties. The quality of the display itself is EXCELLENT. I generally run it at 720p, but do switch to 1080p for movies.

Question 4

The monitor is big and looks stretched out. How do I change the resolution so that it is HD and has the correct ratio?

The monitor has a native resolution of 1920x1080 (the most common resolution) which is hd. I can say from experience that this monitor looks VERY good. No problems with dead pixels and or not being clear. And for the aspect ratio it will automatically change to fit your resolution.

The text is so sharp it's like a knife that was sharp, then dulled through use, and then resharpened to an even finer edge, and then dulled again, and resharpened a second time to a finer edge than the original....so sharp

How sturdy does the base seem? Any wobble?

I'm considering this monitor, but I have a fairly flimsy desk. Worried that this may wobble a lot.

Wall-mount is a possibility at least, if so I suppose.

The base itself is quite substantial.  What isn't is the thin arm that supports the monitor.  It wobbles some on the base but not on it's own.  You would have to be moving the table underneath the monitor to see it move.  In other words, if your desk moves when you type the monitor most assuredly would as well.  Hope that helps.

Absolutely, I never have any issues with tearing or ghosting. This monitor is FANTASTIC. Though you need to adjust the brightness and contrast to look best.

Each button relates to something in the menu, when there is nothing on the screen pressing any of the buttons will send you to a main menu. The menu itself lines up with the buttons below and will show you what each button will be doing.
