Is this Vesa mountable?

Does not look like it.
Because the built in stand is fully adjustable and does 180 rotation.
But very happy with this as computer display monitor.
Have 8. In workstations with dual monitors.

Question 2

I see that there is an answer stating that this product does not come with a DisplayPort Cable; however the description clearly states that it does.  Can someone verify whether this does or does not come with DisplayPort? ... Also if it doesn't then I think the description needs to be changed as it is false.

The one we got last March had the DisplayPort cable included. I don't know if they are still shipping with them.

It has been a very good monitor. Good color, even backlighting, no stuck/dead pixels that we can find.

This comes with the stand, right? I want to make sure I'm not getting head only

Can this monitor be rotated into portrait mode?

Yes, it can be rotated, but I was unable to get it to automatically change to portrait using Windows 7.  I had to change it manually in screen settings.
