Will this work with Verizon FIOS?

No sir, this is a cable modem. Verizon FiOS is a fiber optic service. Additionally, with Verizon FiOS they typically run a fiber line to an Optical Network Terminal installed in your house/garage which does not require a traditional modem; just a router with a coaxial or ethernet WAN port. I used to do tech support for Frontier Communications, a company which bought out Verizon's FiOS operations in CA, TX and FL, and if a customer was on Ethernet WAN they could run any router they wanted provided it could handle the speeds. If they have you configured on coaxial though, good luck finding a router with a coaxial WAN input. In those instances you're better off using a VZ provided router.

will this work with my spectrum internet? 300-400 mbps

It did not work for me with Comcast. Even though it explicitly states it will. Neither Comcast would help and Netgear wanted me to pay for their tech support service in order to verify it didn’t work. Newegg wouldn’t refund me either. I wouldn’t buy it.

Will this work with centurylink as the Internet provider?

Yes, as long as the service they are providing is cable internet and not satellite internet.
