Are all the controls incremental? I am getting this mainly because keyboard/mouse suffers from on/off syndrome which hurts my ability to delicately perform certain maneuvers.

Not completely sure what you mean but i own this kit so maybe i can help. The controls are smooth, like the throttle doesn't feel like its clicking up or down steps, its a smooth glide. I think you can adjust the tension on the throttle but not 100% sure. Its been a while since I've used mine.

Is it possible to secure the pedals to the floor?

I was told by Jin from Newegg customer support that the pedals have screw holes in the base for securing to a larger surface or the floor for stability.

Does the equipment require a 2.0 or 3.0 USB port?

I have both 2.0 and 3.0 USB ports. The T.16000M FCS Flight Pack works fine in either port. Honestly, I can't tell a difference in speed or accuracy no matter which port it's plugged into.

Does it work with Microsoft Flight Simulator?

Yes. Works well even without using target software emulator. I suggest you learn as much as you can about the specific device property's and map all buttons and functions before setting it to flight sim. That's what I did and it works very well and game recognizes all axis and buttons.
