No, the only "accessory" included is the headphone splitter/extension cable. The other items in that picture are the quickstart guide and a thank you note for purchasing a HyperX product.

Will these hurt with glasses?

They don't for me and I've worn them for several hours at a time. The ear cups are soft enough that it doesn't press on the arms of my glasses too much but your mileage may vary.

Yes they will. The cable built into the headset is designed to plug into the 3.5mm jack on either the controller or the audio adapter which will feed game and chat audio through the controller to the headset.

Yes it is.  I tried it on my Samsung and it works.  It will work on almost anything with a 3.5mm jack.

Unfortunatley it does not, it's just standard stereo, for the price the headset is great! Comfortable good sound and the mic mute is great.
