would this be a good choice as an inbound sales rep?

I have had mine for about a year now and it is very comfortable and has great range and quality. The only problem I have had so far is a glitch where when the battery is fully charged the automated fully charged response just says still charging (but you can turn that feature off). I wear them every day and they hold up great.

what's the material of the fabric? is it leather or what?

It's definitely leathery, but I haven't seen anything stating whether it's genuine leather. The only "fabric" on the headset, is a black knit over the speakers, well-inside the cups. Everything else is metal, plastic, or leather(ette).
