I keep hearing things about this but no word if there is a integrated microphone. Since i do alot of Multiplayer gaming i need to know?

No. The Vive itself has an integrated microphone (which works pretty well), so there's no need for one on the audio strap.

does this work on the vive pro and or i need it for the pro version?

I think the Vive Pro already comes with its own version of this audio strap installed by default. This strap is mainly for the first Vive model which initially came with a different type of strap.
