Will plugging in other devices into the same outlet as the adapters affect performance?

I have a duplex wall receptacle to one of which I have plugged in the TP-Link and to the other I have plugged in a power strip that powers my printer, modem, router, and Xfinity Flex. The second of the TP-Link pair is in my office connected to a desktop computer. The bandwidth test gives me the same result tested either directly connected to the router or through TP-Link.

Question 2

This shows 2 adapters, and is listed as a starter kit, but specifications only list 1 adapter.  Does this have 2 or 1 adapters?

It will come with 2. One to connect to your internet source, and one to connect to whatever you're connecting it to.

Question 3

What is the acceptable range? I plan on putting one in my house, and the other end out in my workshop roughly 75 ft from my house. Will it still work okay?

I saw a lot of loss as the distance became longer.  Remember 1Gpbs is the best you could get.  I only got about 30-40 Mbps on mine.  which wasn't any better that the 200Mbps unit I was trying to replace.  Also they need to be on same the electrical circuit panel.  75 ft seems long to be on the same panel.  If its a sub panel it could be even worse.
