I have Fiber internet and was wondering if getting this router would be a good idea?  I'm kind of new to buying routers so I was curious, thx!

I would definitely  recommend this router! You don't have to worry about the switch to Fibre: The WIRED connection from your router to any PC or laptop will keep up the speed (500Mbp, 750Mbs or 1Gbps depending on what kind of Fibre are you getting). Above 1 Gbps you need a higher speed network adapter (newer mobo)...that's  it! Enjoy you high(er) FIBRE connection speed!

can i use this with spectrum or wired?

Yes and yes. But recognize that this unit is a router, not a modem, so you will have to connect it to your Spectrum cable modem. You can then use the LAN ports on the A7 to connect other devices requiring a wired connection.

TP-Link Archer A7 AC1750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router's power adapter supports 220V/50Hz European voltage/frequency? Planning to purchase this item and send it overseas. Usually this information is displayed on the Power adapter.

I looked at my power adapter and it shows an input of 100 to 240 VAC at 50-60 Hz, so the person overseas should only need the appropriate plug adapter to use it.

It’s not really the main router that’s configured for that, it’s the individual access points that are.

There is only one version - 5.0 is on the bottom of mine.  Note that the C7 is also at v5 and it looks like the A7 is simply a C7 with a more consumer interface (ie. dumbed down).  Check the emulator for both to see if anything from the C7 is missing on the A7.  I haven't noticed anything important that I cannot do with my A7.
