No, no word processing program is included.  What I did is download "OpenOffice" which is free.  I works just like Word with out the extra cost.  People who work from the Microsoft Suite can open the documents without a problem.

No, it does not. There is another model that is slightly more expensive with a touchscreen called the X200MA-RCLT08. Other than that it is the same as this one.

This computer does have Bluetooth, however touchscreen is not included. Just a point before you buy this, it has a low battery life and no replaceable battery. Great pic for the price though.

Can I have it with 8GB RAM?

This specific SKU only has 4 GB of RAM, Not sure if Asus has a different SKU (model) with more RAM.
I tried opening the laptop, but it is not friendly to open, and I gave up before it would brake the cover, so I would safely assume that you cannot add RAM, or change the hard drive post purchase.
However, there should not be any need to install more RAM. The Celeron N2815 is a nice CPU, but if you need 8 GB of RAM, you wil probably need a more beefier CPU instead. The manual also does not indicate that the laptop can be opened to do upgrades

Hi,

this netbook does not come with a DVD or any other disk. Just so you are aware, there is no DVD-rom drive. I had heard from other customers that for previous models, an external one could be purchased and connected to it. Just make sure it is compatible.

Yeah, the connection seems pretty solid.  I'm basically using this machine to Skype with my girlfriend who got a job teaching in Europe, and this little machine does a pretty good job for this task. Boot seems a bit slow - 'not a big fan of celeron cpu's, but for what it is, and the price - it's a pretty decent deal.  'Hope this helped. Good luck.

It does not have optical drive, more than likely that is why it it that cheap. I like it that way as I do not use optical drive anyway. I use thumb drive for my mobile storage. One will need another computer with optical drive to transfer contents from CD and DVds though.
