Does anyone know for sure if there is an Ethernet port?  I see an Ethernet port in the pics, but it doesn't say in the Spec's whether there is an Ethernet port.

Is the touchpad as bad as some of the reviews state?

My company owns a total of four of these machines and none of our guys have had a single issue with the touch pad. We use an external wireless mouse while in the office but use the touch pad on job sites. 
Battery life is phenomenal. 
No issues. Durable. Great performance. Highly recommended. Very happy with our purchase.

Is the Memory Ram Upgradeable?

I sure hope it is.  I'm starting to think mine shipped with some bad RAM. And if it takes you more than 30 days to find a subtle hardware problem Newegg isn't going to help you. Hopefully the ASUS warranty covers lemons.   Most laptops will have a bay on the bottom to access the memory modules.  There may be a limit to how much additional ram the motherboard can use though, so I'm not sure on the details with this machine.

Are the graphics decent for light gaming & watching videos or livestreams?

They’re pretty good. The only thing that threw me off (and if your coming from a pc with a decent monitor it might throw you off too) was the display. It looks darker

Is there  an SD port? One of the reviewer mentioned it, but I could not see it on photos.

Question 6

Is the SSD accessible via a back panel that unscrews should I want to eventually upgrade it?  Is it 2.5" or M.2?  Is there both a M.2 slot and 2.5" bay?   (Yes I know it will void warranty and only a certified technician should do this. )   Thank you.

Yes, it supports M.2 slot and 2.5" together to come up with a spec like "1TB 54R+512 SATA3 SSD+TPM"
there is a service door on the back of the unit that you can open and easily upgrade.
