Does the mousepad have a physical mouse buttons? As in, do you actually press a button to use it or is it strictly digital response?

No, no mouse buttons. I just use a wireless mouse. It looks like the pad is divided at the bottom, but does not appear to work as right or left clicks.

Does it come with windows 10 home or pro?

The asus webpage says this model includes a Fingerprint reader. Is it included?

I have seen issues with the wifi, any one else have issues?  I would like to use this computer for photo editing and Netflix streaming...  Would this be okay for that?

I occasionally have wifi issues when the computer isn't plugged in. When it's plugged in, it does just fine. I'm about to send it in for a repair.

Is the video memory DDR5?

GTX 1050 uses GDDR5, so yeah.  
RAM is a completely different story as they are not same, and uses DDR4.

Can you use hwinfo to tell me the  screen model number? Also, is it really 4.6lbs? How are the speakers?

It feels slightly lighter than my 5lb dumbell.
speakers are acceptable. 
I bought this because it is one of the lightest 17 notebook.

Yes. You will need an adapter for the wall however. The brick supports 100-240v

I don't do any video editing.  The only thing I have done is transfer video from a video camera to a disc and it works well for that.
