WHAT IS THE BATTERY LIFE? iS THE BATTERY REPLACEABLE?

My understanding  from another answered question is that the battery is not replaceable, but I haven't opened it up to see.

The battery while browsing the web, messing with handbrake / audacity, and playing some light games (diablo 2, sunless sea, unreal tourny) will last about 4-5 hours.

The thing I am really liking about the battery is that it charges quick and really holds a charge well under sleep or powered off. Charged it to full the night I got it, used it to 90%, turned it off for a couple of days, came back and turned it on to 84%.

Wifi no longer works on my laptop. how can I solve this problem?

I noticed that the wire connecting the WiFi card was extremely flimsy when I did a teardown of mine. I'd guess that it has come loose for you, which means you don't have many choices other than to take it to someone with the tools and experience to repair it or file a return with newegg or asus.

what size ssd will this computer accommodate? room for second drive ? what size?

Yes. The onboard SSD is one of the smaller type, and there's a bay for a second one. I put in a Samsung 850 EVO 1TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD.

Have you noticed any thermal throttling with your laptop?

I did not notice any performance drops based on poor ventilation and temperature control. However, the fans at the rear side of the chassis can get quite loud during larger workloads

how is the screen quality and brightness?

Screen quality seems pretty good but the brightness is pretty poor.  I have this, a Pixelbook and older MBP all side by side.  Difference in brightness is very apparent.  That being said, this is a low-mid end machine and both the Pixelbook and the MBP are high-end/flagship type models.
