Does this include wall power supply and charger?

NO IT DOESN'T! At least mine didn't. I have had quite the experience receiving notification from Newegg that they DO NOT ALWAYS COME WITH CHARGER/POWER ADAPTER. Quote from my time with support:
"Lulu: Thank you very much for holding, Michael. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. But we are unable to promise the accessories for refurbished items."
After receiving this news I was promptly told they would check their warehouse for spares. I was then told they have them and will send them! I was THEN told "just kidding" we have a power chord but no adapter - you have to contact the manufacturer. I was then told (by the manufacturer) it wasn't their problem it was Newegg's.

Needless to say I am now sitting on a $500 paperweight.

Be warned Neweggers. The same may happen to you. Make sure you check the box immediately and don't just send it across the country as a birthday gift you saved money for months for for your mother you haven't seen in forever and let it pass 30 days so you're SOL.

Am currently searching for power adapter...

Are they manufacturer refurbished from Lenovo or done by a third party?

The sticker on mine said refurbished by Lenovo. I've had mine a week and have had no issues that a driver update didn't fix. I upgraded to 8.1 immediately, I assume the drivers worked fine under 8.

Is this notebook get a free upgrade to Windows 8.1 ?

Yes, the update will show up in the app store. Proceed with caution....before updating to 8.1 you MUST visit Leno vis support site and read up on updating to Windows 8.1. I spent an hour or so updating drivers after the update, wish I would have checked the Lenovo site first ;)

Go to Lenovo website and register your current Yoga 11s Serial number and product number. The Warranty is good for 1 year. The Return policy you need to ask Newegg sales specialist.

Will this device run Windows 7??

Lenovo does offer Windows 7 drivers for the Ideapad Yoga 11s from their website. I can't drop the link but they're there. Installing Windows 7 on this machine is not for those shy of technology however since you would have to install from USB and manually edit a handful of partitions. I can also confirm Linux runs beautifully on this machine.

Mine came in the original packaging. Actually, the packaging was very nice. I didn't get any manual, but I haven't got one for any laptop I've bought for years

8g of ram. 4 ports available I think. New egg has bad info so I'd look to the manufacture for stats. The refurbished one on Newegg Congress with 4g not 8g btw.

My Yoga 11s will not power on without the use of A/C adapter.  Battery indicator has been stuck  at 98% (plugged in, not charging) for hours now.  Whats wrong with this thing?

Hey i bought the same yoga and had the same issues you are having last week.  Turns out its not the laptop or the battery thats malfunctioning.  Its driver issues for Battery Management.  To fix this you should/must update windows 8 to Windows 8.1.  Leave your Yoga plugged in and update all of the microsoft updates, and then update to windows 8.1.  After that go on the lenovo's site update ALL the drivers (bios) including battery management.  After that it will switch between a/c and battery.  Hope that helps.  It took me a full day of searching online for answers to figure that one out.
