Ummm..how do I take off the fan after installation...?

There are four press-fit pegs at the corners.  Pry the tops of these off, and then pry the pegs up about 1/8".  The flare at the bottom of the pegs will then allow the pegs to be removed.  From there the fan falls off.

You can replace the fan with other models that are the same size.  Keep the pegs as they are reusable.

Do any of you have a method to remove the fan AFTER you have put it on the dynatron cpu cooler already?

The fan assembly is only held on by the black clips on the side where they go into a notch in the cooling fins. You have to remove the fan in order to install the unit because the two screws are under the fan. Then you clip the fan back on again.
This unit will work fine without the fans, I have used it in Supermicro 2U server cases where there are 4 case fans blowing through the CPU cooler.

Will this fit into a 2u super micro chasis? The board that I have is lga 2011 narrow.

Just make sure the board you purchase is listed as a 2011 narrow. A regular 2011 socket won't hold this cooler. Trust me, I tried.
