How long have some of you owned this, and is it still working flawlessly? Also, does this "exhaust" hot air? or just move hot air around in the case?

It pulls cool air into the Case Through the Air vent's on the outer Bracket.
This is used, or should be used in the top short PCIE slot on your Motherboard to blow Cool air down to & above your GPU or Graphics Card. unless your GPU has it's own fans, then you don't need it for that reason.  I don't know what the actual CFM raring is on this unit & I have not used it in a long time. I use cases that have Fan mounts on the Case Door that are in line with My GPU's & have a High CFM output to keep them both Cool. The more Fans that can be mounted in a Case. The better the Air flow. To keep all components cool.  Take a look at the Cooler Master HAF x or 932 Case to see what I mean about being able to mount Fans in the left Side Panel. it will provide ample Air flow over GPU's & Motherboard.
