Upgrade from the stock CPU cooler that came with your desktop or server. The MASSCOOL 5R057B3 heatsink and fan assembly is designed to affordably lower the operating temperature of your processors, from AMD Athlon MP up to 1800+, Athlon XP up to 1800+ and Duron up to 1.6GHz and Intel Celeron up to 1.0GHz and Pentium III up to 1.4GHz.
The base and high-density fin array are made of pure copper to draw heat from your CPU, quickly spreading heat out to be carried away by the 4,800rpm 60mm fan mounted at the top of the assembly. Its low profile allows it to fit in tighter spaces such as slimline cases or rackmount servers.
A thermal-grease pad is already applied to the copper base; simply remove the cover from the pad, clip the cooler to your motherboard and connect the 3-pin power cord to your mainboard.
