The Xerox DocuMate 3125 is an A4 desktop document scanner with a 50-page Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). It provides one-touch scanning to nine completely customizable destinations, and delivers speeds of 25ppm and 44ipm (images per minute, duplex) in black and white, grayscale, and color at 200 or 300dpi. Durability tests support a daily duty cycle of 3,000 pages. The DocuMate 3125 has ultrasonic double feed detection, so that stapled or other misfed documents can be sensed before they are crumpled, destroyed, or cause a jam.
In addition to Visioneer OneTouch, the DocuMate 3125 also comes with other software, such as Visioneer Acuity for improved visual clarity, Nuance PaperPort for document management, Nuance OmniPage Pro for OCR, and more.
