Has Gigabyte fixed the BIOS on this machine to allow it to run MS-OFFICE 2016 under WIN-10 64bit?

I run office 365 and 2016 for all my users.  The issue was not the bios as some complained, but the intel video drivers.  They are working now, or stay with the MS drivers to avoid the issue.

Is the free (16GB) memory currently offered suitable for use with this Brix?

I was not offered this memory, sorry. I ordered my Brix a day or two before the promotion and ordered memory at the same time.

Hi, is this product quiet in use, or is the noise from the fan quite loud?

Under load the fan is very loud and a possible annoyance.

Question 4

Does this support standard 2.5" SSDs? It says on the box that it supports mSATA SSDs and 2.5" SATA III hard drives, but it does not state whether it supports 2.5 SSDs or not. I mean technically it should since its just a standard SATA connection, but I just want to make sure.

It's been a bit since I set one of these up, but IIRC, the mSATA drive works more like a stick of RAM, mounting right on to the motherboard. We used SATA III hard drives as second drives. They worked great for that, but we've never used one as a boot drive.

Is the CPU removable?  Can it be replaced if it goes bad or is it soldered to motherboard?
