Yes it comes with a 500 GB hard drive, you can also expand the storage amount with external hard drives.

I bought this and it said it would come with a $50 Newegg gift card. It did not come in the box so how where would I find the gift card?

The Bundle I was offered included 3 additional games, NOT a $50 Gift card. However, the game redemption cards were loose in the shipping box, so I would double check the shipping box if possible.

Does this come with a headset?

No, only 1 controller along with a pair of double AA batteries. No headset.

Will the controllers from a XBOX 360 work with this?

No, anything that specifically says XBOX 360 will only work with the 360. But anything for the XBOX ONE (XBOX ONE, XBOX ONE S, XBOX ONE X) is compatible.
