is the controller wireless or wired,,,could not find the spec on it?

The controller is wireless.  However, it may also be plugged into the console using a provided USB cable (you would do this mainly for charging the battery).

I assume this comes with one controller? It is not obvious to me as it is not listed like it is in the bundles.

There are no free games included with this. But if you get a psn account then you will have the chance of downloading two free games a month but there is a yearly charge of 59.99 for that

I want to add extra controller. How can i do that?

Attach the USB cable which comes with the system to the controller then attach the other end to the PS4 console. Once you do that, hit the PlayStation button on the center of the controller and it will sync the controller with the console. You can then unhook the controller and use it wirelessly.

mechanical or ssd hard drive? if mechanical, is it easily replaced, and will it void warranty?

Going to the Pro, want to replace hard drive and keep PT.   Ok I have already purchased the Playstation 4 Pro and will be delivered soon.  I'm also about to order ST2000LM015 2tb hard drive.  So I assume my best option for upgrading and transferring PT would be to install the New Hard Drive immediately after unboxing the pro.  Then just let the pro start up and format the hard drive and download what it needs then can I still just wirelessly transfer from my old PS4 to the upgraded Pro?   It is important to keep PT.

What you said is correct with a couple of corrections and additions:

After installing the new hard drive in the PS4 Pro you will need the latest firmware update on a USB stick plugged into the console for it to properly initialize everything. The firmware can be found on Sony's support pages. Make sure to get the full firmware file, not just the upgrade file.

Second, it will take forever to do the transfer over wireless. Highly recommend using a wired connection. It's also more reliable using wired.
