Question 1

Does this come with a SATA cable for installing a 2.5" SSD or hard drive or do I have to purchase one separately?  I plan on buying an SSD to slip into this box, but I don't know if I need to buy a cable as well.

You can install a SSD or a laptop hard drive without an additional SATA cable.  The drive bay is set up so that the connection occurs when the drive is slid in.

This is one terrific unit and I love mine after two weeks of use.  Perfect as a media server.

Is it wireless?

No it does not have a wifi card. But you can get a usb wifi stick wich would work the same, or just connect it to your router with a cable.

Is this unit wireless or does it need to be directly plugged in for internet access?

It does not include wireless access. You have to connect via a cable or you can purchase a relative cheap wireless USB adapter to get access to wireless.

Question 4

Can this computer works with 240v power (e.g. in Europe countries, etc.), if not, is there a power switch that can toggle between 120v and 240v that we can add to it?  Please answer as soon as you can. Thank you.

Yes it will work with 240v power. Per the specifications:

AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 19V, 3.42A, Max 65W

It's basically a small laptop configuration and like any laptop the power supply will automatically switch input voltage. You will probably just need a mains plug adapter.

how much Memory/RAM Can this Computer handle?

The Zbox comes with one 2GB memory stick. There are two meroy slots. Can another memory stick of a different size be added as long as it is 204-pin DDR3 1600 1.35 v memory and both sticks have the same timing? (i.e. one 2GB and one 8GB for a total of 10GB.)

Yes, according to a link I found, you can add a 2GB, 4GB, or 8GB.  And yes, you would have to make sure that it is 204-pin DDR3 1600 1.35 v memory, if that's what is in there now.  Personally, I would try to buy the same manufacture, and if the module in there now is Single Sided, get Single Sided . . .  and do the same if the module in there now is Double Sided.  I upgraded mine with 2 matching 8GB modules, added a Mushkin Chronos 480GB SSD, and cloned the 64GB mSata onto a Samsung 500GB EVO SSD and installed it.

No wireless - you will have to add a cheap USB "n" adapter - no place on the board for wireless.

Is there room and connections for adding a second hard drive inside the box?

Yes, there is an empty drive slot.  The case has just two little thumb screws holding the bottom on so once you pop those out you can access all of the expasion slots (memory/hard drive).  I use mine just to stream online video so I don't really need alot of storage but I like to tinker so I popped the case open to see what future options were available.  I wll probably throw an inexpensive 250 GB SSD in there at some point.  This little box works great.
