Is it possible to get more then 16GB of RAM in this computer or is 16 the max it will hold?

I could not find an answer on the Asus site. It appears to have 3 rows of memory slots which would make for 24GB (8 GB x 3). I don't know if it accepts 16 GB memory. It is strange because Asus usually has this information on its web site.

How well will this machine support multiple monitors?

I have a very similar system (it's a 5 year old laptop with specs close to this one from the same brand) and it dual-screens like a dream. I imagine this one would do an even better job since it's newer, a tower, and has better specifications than my current machine.

I want to use this with my 55" Samsung 4K UHD TV. What cable will I need for it to run in 4K?

You need to use a HDMI-2 cable. I am using mine on a 43" LeEco UHDTV and the max resolution I can get is 4K native at 30HZ. I think you have to use the GTX1080 to get 4K at 60HZ resolution.
