Does this power supply come with a cord to plug into the wall?

Yes. I've bought dozens of power supplies in the last 20 years, lots of different brands, and I can't remember any that didn't have a power cord included.

How long are the cables?

I did not measure them, but I use in a large Thermotake tower and they were long enough, so they should be long enough for any tower you have.

Would this fit in my hp pavillion p010 desktop? It says atx and i think my case is mini or micro atx

The mini/micro is in reference to motherboard size. Almost any power supply should fit, as long as it is not an extended-atx version.
