does this monitor have speakers built in?

No it does not. There are some models of Zowie screens that have speakers, the pictures will show obvious looking speakers sticking out of the sides kinda like ears.

Is this monitor mountable?

Yes, it also has a nice stand already included but it takes up a decent amount of space
