The built-in monitor only offers V-Sync and does not offer G-Sync. However, I believe if you had a G-sync compatible display it would work. The option is not available on my unit because I do not have a g-sync compatible monitor attached.

Does this model have hardware switch to change between dedicated and integrated graphics?

Yes. Requires restart, but there is a hotkey to switch between graphics options to save power. Also restarting takes like 10sec max with the SSD so not a big deal. Sometimes it surprises me and takes like 6 sec.

Is this 8 Pounds with Power brick or 8 Pounds with out?

8 lbs without. it is a heavy but sturdy and capable machine.

Is that magenta color LEDs that can be changed?

Yes you can choose any color and even color templates so it can cycle between your favorites.
