Overall Review:
This microwave came to me with a door that didn't shut properly. Newegg sent me a return label and sent me a new microwave without question. I've only been using this one for a couple of weeks, but owned an earlier version of this microwave for many years without a single issue. I can't remember exactly when I purchased it, but it was at least five years ago. It still works great, I just gave it to my daughter for her home so needed a new one.
