Pros:
Came well-packed; no scratches or dings. Very solid build, good quality compared to $50-100 tower cases I've bought at a local computer store. The various drive holders are easily removed with screws for inserting drives; comes with plenty of extra screws. The extra harddrive rack can be moved to one of two positions to accommodate your cpu heatsink, or removed entirely. Very quiet case fans; the filter on the intake fan is nice, hopefully keeps it pretty dust-free. Nice and roomy case to work in.
Cons:
Shipping is expensive (obviously), but probably better than spending an hour getting hassled by minimum wage computer store monkeys. Some people report that the front USB ports aren't aligned with the case and are useless; I haven't found this to be the case, though I don't intend to use them. I've also read reports about the (off-brand) PSU failing really early; I haven't found this to be the case either, though I've only owned this case for about a month.
Overall Review:
I bought this to use for a personal computer and am not going to rackmount it. 400W may be excessive (and costly) for a colo box.
