Pros:
keeps me in contact with distant relatives.
Works well enough in windows 7 x64.
Cons:
the top button causes a blue screen crash in windows 7 x64.
Overall Review:
make sure to check compatibility for 32/64 bit as well as operating system. I did not and now I have to work around some weirdness.
