Pros:
We used 3 of them on a film shoot and now editing off of them. They work great, no issues found.
Cons:
Cannot add your own drives to beef up the space. Tried to and hozed the drive firmware. Lacie was very nice about helping rebuild the raid after replacing the original drive.
Overall Review:
A bit on the expensive side, but works as a great out-of the box solution for mac aplications.
