Pros:
I just installed this on a ASUS Rampage III Gene. The instructions are a pain IF you just look at the pictures and don't read the header for each picture. This is designed to work on multiple platforms so you have to pay attention to which one you're using. It is HEAVY. Installation was easier for me with the MB out of the case. I have an I7-950 and even without a fan it runs at acceptable temps.
Cons:
It doesn't come with a fan. The description has a fan included but my package did not. Being the impatient techno geek I am I built my system without it and it was ok through system installation and basic setup. Not great but ok. Trip to Radio Shack the next morning and then I was very happy with the temps.
The screws used are slotted for a phillips screwdriver and it would have made installation ALOT easier if the design of the cooler allowed access to these without the wrench.
