Pros:
Supposed to be great - we will see after it is returned from Microsoft RMA
Cons:
Upon boot the device kept trying to update software but would error out each time. The DVD drive does not seem to be connected as it will not open or close by any means. Manual open with paperclip method, still will not detect a disk. It was purchased as a gift during a Gorilla sale and given on day 33 of order date, not date of receipt. NewEgg would not help with RMA. Have to send out to Microsoft and wait up to a month to get it back. Too bad for us.
