This review is from: ZALMAN VF900 - CU LED 2 Ball VGA Cooling Fan/Heatsink
Pros:
This product boasts a remarkable design, in terms of thermal management and acoustics (silent mode really is silent). Even turned all the way up, noise is imperceptible inside a case. I did some thermal performance testing with a 20w element, and this fan (on quiet mode) boasts a delta T of 2 kelvins, yielding a thermal resistance of just under .1 K/w. "Budget" VGA coolers I have tested are typically in the realm of .5 K/w, not as quiet, and not much less expensive. If you need significant cooling on an overclocked device, this is the way to go.
Cons:
My only complaint is that the LED does not stay at full brightness in silent mode.
