Pros:
Third try is the charm. Tried twice before with Belkin USB wireless adapters and could not get it work with my Windows 7 machine. I decided to try a unit that connects to a spare PCI slot. I noticed the good reviews in Newegg and decided to give it a try. Good advice in some of the reviews. Basically the install software does not work, just let Windows install. I choose to follow the instructions and used the install disk. It hung up, I decided to see if would connect to the internet, it would not, but when Windows diagnosed the problem, I was able to finish the install. Just let Windows install this device. It works great. I have all five bars for signal strength. It works flawlessly.
Cons:
No real cons other than the disk that comes with the device doesn't seem to work.

Great service from Newegg. I hope this review helps others with install problems.
