Pros:
None when 1/3 of them fail within the first year
Cons:
Bought 6 of these on1/14/11 to use in a RAID 5 array. Paid extra for Caviar Black 5 year warranty expecting good drives. 1 failed after 11 months, and another failed after 12 months. Tons of data was lost.
