Piece of junk! Stay clear of it! For sure! 02/26/2012
This review is from: TRENDnet TEW-637AP Wireless Easy-N-Upgrader 802.11b/g/n and 802.11e up to 300 Mbps
Pros:
Ease of Setup. Worked well for a few months.
This is a status update
Cons:
My first post stated the issues. I did get an email from the manufacturer promising RMA after I provided some details. That was 10 days ago. The line went dead after I emailed specifics.
NO Follow up, NO RMA provided.
Stay clear of these guys. I picked up two Netgear routers/access points as replacements.
Overall Review:
If Trend Net is serious. Get back in touch with me with honest communication, and RMA and I will post resolution if you do what you HAD PROMISED.
Manufacturer Response:
Valued Customer,
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you due to miscommunication. Please contact us at sales@trendnet.com if you are not hearing from the RMA department. Thanks again for bringing this up to our attention.
Warmest regards,
