Pros:
Plug & Play! It works right out of the box. Compact design. Simply plug this to your existing router and connect all your devices to this Switch and baamm! your network is up and running. I am using it with CAT 6 cable and my network is @1Gbs. I'm never looking back to 100baseT ever again.

Overall Review:
I luv this Switch. Really wanted to buy more than one unit because it was on sale for $29.99 but I really did not have the need for more than one Switch at that time. Maybe I should had gone for the 8 port one, oh well. Will surely buy this brand again.
