Pros:
Easy install, low read time (compared to disc).
Cons:
Loud! (although not as loud as ready from disc). Heats the unit up faster and keeps it hotter which seems to cause random freezes that require the unit to be cold-booted.
Overall Review:
Well worth it. This added a lot of functionality to the 360 that I wouldn't have otherwise had. I highly recommend this to anyone who's running on the base 4Gb.
