Asus does not disappoint

Pros:
Hardware.
Overall Weight.
Gorgeous design.
SSD (sata III is ridiculously fast).
Not the best screen in class, but I still think it's really good, especially with the 1600x900 resolution.
Battery life is excellent (Had more than enough juice to last an entire flight from New York to Los Angeles).
Speakers - I didn't expect the speakers to be as good as they are.
Wireless network adapter - I've heard that the wireless network adapter is not that great, but I have had nothing but stellar performance out of mine.
Everyone's envy.
Cons:
All Asus software.
Trackpad - Very frustrating to use. It's like it has a mind of its own. Come on Asus, all you have to do is release a good driver and that will solve the problem.
Ethernet to USB adapter was DOA (an included accessory).
Overall Review:
Being OCD about any computer that I own, I can't stand any proprietary software (bloatware) that comes pre-installed. And unfortunately, this computer comes with plenty of it. Also, Asus decided to waist another 10 gigs worth of space on a factory backup. In most cases this wouldn't be much of an issue, but you only have 128GB's worth of space on the HD - Bad decision, Asus. Anyway, so I used an external dvd drive and reinstalled a clean version of Windows 7, which was not difficult at all. Problem solved. It always surprises me how much better a stock Windows 7 experience is. I can't say enough good things about this laptop/Ultrabook. I love it! (Just re-install Windows 7 and you will be fine). The SATA III SD - AWESOME!
One negative thing though, the trackpad is very frustrating to use. I detest trackpads in general and use a wireless mouse at all times, so this isn't that big of a deal for me, but I thought that I should note this.
