Pros:
The hard drive fit perfectly in the enclosure, and the enclosure fit perfectly when installed in my Xbox 360 Slim.
Cons:
The only con I can think of would be the complete lack of documentation supplied with the product. However, this isn't really a problem.
Overall Review:
Even though the product did not come with documentation / instructions, it's very easy assemble. All else fails, you can probably find a video demonstration for this product online.
